michalene –basket ideas…maybe members can go together to make a basket…
some on e has take on e to do Italian, michalene has taken the chocolate, please take one, and fill…there are suggestions to go from

we will make money if we do this ourself-because we don’t make a ton of money from the auction anyways
anything you donate can be deducted on your taxes (unlike a painting…just materials)
mcknight and Carlson will sell us wine at a discoutented price

Signed tohe jone sign contract..will have the signs for the dates discussed
Michelle would like to have a “member of the month” in the newsletter—caroline was suggested—she will be the November artist of the month
Kathy m—400 block behind main is getting new parking lot…opening nov 7
Parking meters from lot will be available after oct 15 to be picked up and decorated…
Kathy was planning on picking one up to decorate for the ofaa, to bring publicity to the group…
